The QBDMGRN is the QuickBooks Database Manager. This error happens when you are running QuickBooks Desktop in a multi-user mode which is hosted on a server. Start the QuickBooks Database Server Manager Service again
To start it open the Run window type services.msc and press enter. Then check for all the QuickBooks services and then right-click on it to restart the services. After restarting update your QuickBooks application.
You get the error when files are in use
Firstly, ignore the error message box. Reboot the computer then open your QuickBooks Desktop. If you again get the message displayed on your screen then click OK. After that go with the repair process and restart the system.
Update your Windows Firewall that you are using
In your system, open the Run window. Then type Control Firewall.cpl and press Enter. in open up window check for update. Update the firewall and go with recommended settings. After the update, reboot your computer.
