QuickBooks Fees Associated with Desktop Version

Our HOA is using QB Desktop. Ae there any fees associated with the desktop version?…Just want to know if there are any fees associated with QB desktop?. Our HOA has QuickBooks Desktop. I just took over as President and want to know what fees are associated with the desktop version…we are learning to use QB and are deciding whether to continue or use Excel
