Remove Companies from QuickBooks Online

While in QuickBooks online, the same has bit different procedure. If you hold the listing as a user in QB online account, the company file will automatically appear once you log-in as a listed user to that company. You require administrator credentials to delete the company file as you, on your own, can’t do so until or unless you are an admin. To initiate the process of removal as a user, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the official site: https://camps.intuit.com/?sc=seq_intuit_qbdesktop_click_signin and log-in with your admin credentials.
  2. Here, click on the company that you don’t want to show anymore in the log-in window.
  3. Select the Edit or Remove the User’s Access.
  4. Now, select OK and you will be removed as a user.
