Hi, Jessica. I recently purchased QB 2016 Pro and downloaded on this computer. I upgraded from 2011. Set up was successful. When I downloaded my transactions from my bank, I messed up my balance…..s it possible to remove 2016 Pro and reinstall it and start over with download from the bank?
