Now, let’s first understand how you can create an account in QuickBooks:

• Either search for QuickBooks Online or follow the URL “accounts.intuit.com.”
• Here, you will see the Create an Account button right below the Sign-in button. Now, you will be redirected to the sign-up page.
• Now, enter your phone number and email address.

Note: Make sure that you use your own email address. This is to avoid the context “The User ID is already taken.” In case it shows the message, uses new and unique email id to recover the account. 

• Create a password for your account and then click on confirm.
• Now, click on Create Account.
• Your QuickBooks Account is ready for use. Before you start any use, first verify the link that you have received on your Email Address. Check Inbox. 
• Once the account is verified with credentials, sign-in with valid credentials of your account.

Here are the steps to Manage your QuickBooks Online. It allows you to make changes in the following sections:

• Account information (Phone Number, Company Address and Official e-mail Address)
• Payment method (Credit Card and Debit Card Number and their Expiration Date)

How do I change my Intuit payment information and Account Information?

It completely depends on the QuickBooks Product, its version and edition you are using. However, the basic information we are providing to amend Account and Payment Information.

Follow these steps to observe the changes in your Intuit Software. 

Update account information for QuickBooks products and services

• Visit the URL www.quickbooks.com/account 
• To log-in, enter valid User ID and Password and then click on Log-in button. 
• In the box-Account Information, click on Edit and then you will be eligible to make changes in your Company Phone Number, Company Address and your E-mail Address.

Point to be Noted: You won’t be able to make changes in your First and Last Name and Company Name as well. To gain assistance if you aren’t able to follow all the steps, call us on our Technical Support. 

• Go to your Log-in Info box, click on Edit and then make changes in your E-mail Address or your Log-in Credentials, Security Questions, User ID and Password.

Point to be Noted: Your Account, as well as your Log-in Email Address, can be different.
