Follow the steps to re-activate your QuickBooks:

  1. Select the Reactivate Account button in the windows alert
  2. Use Intuit accounts credentials to log-in to your accounts credentials

  5. Select proceed and then select Check-out.

  10. And then go back to QuickBooks

Steps to update QuickBooks Server

Reactivate your QuickBooks Payroll:

  1. Reactivate your QuickBooks Payroll Account using the link you see in the window.
  2. Use Intuit accounts credentials to log-in to your accounts credentials
  3. Now, reactivate your link using service information section.
  4. Before checking out, review all the details.
  5. Now, select the payment method that you want to use to renew your QuickBooks account. You can also add a piece of new payment information to make the payment.
  6. Here, enter the CV Code and then select the Submit button.
  7. Now, click on Continue and then Place Order.
  8. Click on Next and then go back to QuickBooks.

What actions are required if any problem arises?

  1. Reactivate your QuickBooks Payroll Account using the link you see in the window. The Intuit sign-in page will open.
  2. If you have already updated your card details, you need to verify the account first. Only then you will be able to log-in.

Important point: You can also click on the Remind Me Later button. The automatic payment will be disabled and it will remind you later.

Updation of the Credit Card to renew your Payroll Subscription:

  1. Open your payroll centre and then select update credit card link.
  2. In this, you will be redirected to the Accounts Maintenance Page.
  3. Now, log-in to your qb account. If you are not able to sign-in, connect with our technical support team.
  4. Select the reactivate link from the service information window.
  5. Now, review the type of service that you have and the number of employees you employed for it.
  6. Now, select the checkout process
  7. Now, select the payment method that you want to use to renew your QuickBooks account. You can also add new payment information to make the payment.
  8. Now, enter the CV Code and then select submit.
  9. Select Continue and then select place order.
  10. Select Next and go back to QuickBooks
