I upgraded to Quicken 2016 and it can only find files from an earlier version back to 2010….I should add that Geek Squad had recently backed and reinstalled my data files after repairing a mallware hack ….they installed windows 10 and so I bought quicken 16….QuickBooks 2016 also doesn’t recognize the password I have used and won’t let me connect to my bank to reconcile
