Option 1: Use Incognito window mode
When you are not able to log in and use QuickBooks software in normal mode then you can use Incognito window mode. Follow the steps below:
- On to browser and click on Customize & Control icon in the upper right.
- Next, select the new incognito window (press Ctrl+Shift+N for a shortcut).
- A separate window will be opened in Incognito mode. Note down the icon on the top left corner.
Option 2: Clean cache or history
- Click on Customize & Control icon on the top right side of Chrome browser.
- Next, click on settings.
- Click on history tab located on the left side of the screen
- Next, click on the clear browsing data option.
Open to the system browser history page, when you select clear browsing history option many boxes will be displayed on the screen. Select appropriate boxes and clear everything (including cookies, plug-in & other site data, and cached files and images.)
Option 3: Additional Chrome User
- Open to Chrome browser to then click on the settings tab on left.
- The user’s section will be located at the bottom of the page.
- Now, click on “Add new user” box.
- Next, select an icon, enter a name then click on the Create button.
The new user icon will be displayed on the top left corner of the browser. You can click on it to switch it.
