You can check if your subscription is active by signing already in My Account
- Using your Intuit credentials, Sign in to Intuit
- In the Manage your QuickBooks page, choose the product or service you wish to manage.
- Choose the Payroll Subscription within the Products & Services.
- The subscription status is shown on the top right corner of the page.
- Status displays Active if your subscription is active. Or else, status displays Reactivation in progress.
Directly Re-subscribe Payroll inside the Desktop file
- Go to Employees in QuickBooks > Select My Payroll Service > Click to Account/Billing Information.
- Sign in by using the Intuit account login Id
- In the section Service Information, Choose the Reactivate in the service status.
- Ensure that your payroll service is listed, and then click Proceed to Checkout.
- Choose a Payment Method, update or add the payment details. And then click to Submit.
- Choose Place Order
- Click next and then go back to QuickBooks.
- Check that the reactivation is accurate by signing back to Employees > Clicking on My Payroll Service > Selecting to Billing/Account Information. And verify the Service Status.

Re-subscribe Payroll through the web
- Using your Intuit login, Sign in to QuickBooks My Account
- In the Manage your QuickBooks page, choose the product or service you wish to manage.
- Choose the Payroll Subscription tile within the Products & Services
- Choose the Re-subscribe link within the status in the blue toolbar
- Check if the details in the fields Reactivate Subscription are correct. Then click Save and then click Continue
- Review the billing information and the Subscription details and then click Reactivate
- A pop-up message will display a subscription that has been reactivated. Click OK
