You can check if your subscription is active by signing already in My Account

  1. Using your Intuit credentials, Sign in to Intuit
  2. In the Manage your QuickBooks page, choose the product or service you wish to manage.
  3. Choose the Payroll Subscription within the Products & Services.
  4. The subscription status is shown on the top right corner of the page.
  5. Status displays Active if your subscription is active. Or else, status displays Reactivation in progress.

Directly Re-subscribe Payroll inside the Desktop file

  1. Go to Employees in QuickBooks > Select My Payroll Service > Click to Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in by using the Intuit account login Id
  3. In the section Service Information, Choose the Reactivate in the service status.
  4. Ensure that your payroll service is listed, and then click Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Choose a Payment Method, update or add the payment details. And then click to Submit.
  6. Choose Place Order
  7. Click next and then go back to QuickBooks.
  8. Check that the reactivation is accurate by signing back to Employees > Clicking on My Payroll Service > Selecting to Billing/Account Information. And verify the Service Status.

Re-subscribe Payroll through the web

  1. Using your Intuit login, Sign in to QuickBooks My Account
  2. In the Manage your QuickBooks page, choose the product or service you wish to manage.
  3. Choose the Payroll Subscription tile within the Products & Services
  4. Choose the Re-subscribe link within the status in the blue toolbar
  5. Check if the details in the fields Reactivate Subscription are correct. Then click Save and then click Continue
  6. Review the billing information and the Subscription details and then click Reactivate
  7. A pop-up message will display a subscription that has been reactivated. Click OK
  8. It might take around 24 hours for the reactivation of the subscription to fully accomplish. Your subscription will display Active after the reactivation is done successfully.

Re-subscribe from a cancellation notification mail

  1. Click the button Re-subscribe in the email. You will be taken to QuickBooks My Account page.
  2. Using your Intuit credentials, Sign in to Intuit
  3. Update the payment details. Click Save and then Continue
  4. Check whether all the information you mentioned in the earlier page is correct. Then choose Reactivate.
  5. A Subscription reactivated. Click got it! Your data is being prepared by the computer which might take around 24 hours to finish.
