Says I have to activate my account. Problem is that I bought Quickbooks 2016 from Best Buy, instead of from you and it keeps blocking me from the payroll section…In addition I have been unable to fix a data problem so I can’t back up properly…I have had trouble understanding the people I am talking to at your customer support line; I have talked to them 3 times. I have also had trouble logging into my intuit account…What do you think I should do?
